GP-1HD

The GP-1HD features a twin barrel design capable of processing up to 10 tons of waste glass per hour. This unit uses patented flexible impactor technology to selectively reduce glass material while leaving non-glass contaminants (paper labels, metal caps, corks, etc.) intact for hands free removal during screening. The end result is a safe handling recycled glass product used as an alternative for a variety of sand and gravel applications.

Integrated access doors allow for easy replacement of bolt-on hammer assemblies making routine maintenance easier than ever before. Pulverizer barrels, infeed and discharge chutes are lined with abrasion resistant steel for increased wear protection and durability. Routine replacement of standard wear parts will ensure decades of quality operation and service.

The GP-1HD glass pulverizer can be purchased as a single glass crushing unit or as part of a full turnkey system. System packages include the Andela Metering surge hopper, Andela glass pulverizer, 104 trommel screening unit, conveyors, and electrical controls, optional magnet.
