Glass Pulverizers
Our patented glass pulverizer is central to our pulverizer systems. It can be purchased as an individual component to build a custom recycling machine, add to your own system, or as a replacement part. The glass pulverizer uses a flexible impact system that crushes glass into usable aggregate the consistency of fine sand to gravel. The flexible impact system eliminates the grinding process typical of other machines, which reduces wear and maintenance and produces a distinctly different aggregate which is safe and easy to handle.
A compact pulverizer system, the GP-Mini has the same patented flexible impactor technology as our larger Andela Pulverizer Systems, with our time proven design for making quality glass Sand or Aggregate.
The GP-MegaMini is a compact glass processing system that can handle up to 2,000 pounds of glass per hour. This machine features an integrated trommel which separates the glass into a 1/8” minus sand, 1/8”-3/8” gravel, and non-glass residue (metal, plastic and most paper) without hand sorting. The final product contains no sharp edges suitable for construction sand or gravel, pipe bedding and landscaping applications.
The Andela GP-05L glass pulverizer can process 1-2 tons of glass per hour and accepts all types of glass.
The GPT-1HD can process 3-5 TPH of glass. It generates glass sand and gravel with non-glass removed.
This model with produce a 3/8th inch minus glass gravel, and is easily paired with a trommel to screen the material to a glass sand and a glass gravel.
