The Andela glass crusher makes it convenient to reduce all kinds of glass into a cullet, furnace ready glass. It can be purchased as an individual component to build a custom recycling machine, add to your own system, or as a replacement part. Our crusher / breaker provides volume reduction of plate glass, whole bottles, product destruction, or mixed container recyclables. It uses our patented flexible impactor system which is well suited for glass mixed with other non-glass materials. The flexible impactors selectively crush the glass or other frangible materials, but just pass through the non-glass in their larger form.

GLASS CRUSHER - MODEL AGC-1

The Andela Glass Crusher Model AGC-1 will process up to 3 tons per hour. This is a versatile glass crusher paired with a conveyor for ease of feeding glass into the crusher. The Andela Glass Crusher provides a complete conveying and glass crushing system that allows non-glass material to pass without bridging or plugging the system. The broken glass cullet is then dropped into a bin or gaylord under the discharge chute. The AGC-1 is easily moved from place to place inside your facility, allowing you to set up in multiple areas with one unit. With replaceable wear parts and a great price, this glass crusher provides an economical way for you to reduce your glass to cullet form.

The Andela Glass Crusher AGB-1HD System will process 10 tons per hour. The Andela AGB-1HD Glass Breaker System is ideally suited to many applications because of its durability, flexibility, and design. This equipment is unique in its ability to successfully process a broad range of items using Selective Reduction Technology that breaks down certain material while leaving other types of material (metal, aluminum) in a whole form.Incorporating the Andela AGB-1HD Glass Breaker System into your recycling facility will provide you with flexible glass processing capability. A typical system includes the glass handling, breaking and screening equipment we manufacture along with ferrous and non-ferrous metal detection equipment to be combined into a total system that meets the specifications for furnace ready cullet.The AGB-1HD System can also be purchased as a single unit.

The Andela Glass Crusher AGB-2HD System will process 20 tons per hour. The Andela AGB-2HD Breaker System is ideally suited to many applications because of its durability, flexibility, and design. This equipment is unique in its ability to successfully process a broad range of items using a technology that selectively reduces certain material while leaving others whole. Paired with an Andela Pulverizer, Andela Surge Hopper, Andela Trommel and Andela Conveyor this system is top of the line. The AGB-2HD System can also be purchased as a single unit.

The Andela Glass Crusher AGB-3HD System will process 30 tons per hour. The Andela AGB-3HD Glass Crusher/Breaker System will reduce glass bottles or glass like material into a cullet for volume reduction. The Andela AGB-3HD Glass Breaker System comes complete with conveyors, trommels, surge hoppers, and electrical control panels. All units can be custom designed to fit your applications and installation facilities. The AGB-3HD System can also be purchased as a single unit.
