The Andela Glass Crusher AGB-1HD System will process 10 tons per hour. The AGB-1HD is ideally suited to many applications because of its durability, flexibility, and design. This equipment is unique in its ability to successfully process a broad range of items using Selective Reduction Technology that breaks down certain material while leaving other types of material (metal, aluminum) in a whole form.

Incorporating the Andela AGB-1HD Glass Breaker System into your recycling facility will provide you with flexible glass processing capability. A typical system includes the glass handling, breaking and screening equipment we manufacture along with ferrous and non-ferrous metal detection equipment to be combined into a total system that meets the specifications for furnace ready cullet. The AGB-1HD Glass Crusher can also be purchased as a single unit.
