At Andela Products, strong customer support is just as important as strong machinery — and no one embodies that commitment more than Dave Spencer, our Operations and Customer Service Manager. Dave plays a central role in making sure every system built is delivered, installed, and supported with care. From your first call to full operation, Dave is your man.
Hands-On Support, Wherever It’s Needed
One of the things that makes Dave stand out is his willingness to travel anywhere our customers need him. When a system is installed, Dave is frequently the one on-site, hands-on, helping set up equipment, running test material, training operators, and ensuring everything is working exactly as it should. His presence provides customers with confidence — they know the person helping them understands every bolt, belt, and proprietary hammer in our machines.

A Family Man Who Loves the Outdoors
Outside of work, Dave enjoys a full and active life. He’s a proud father of five children and three grandchildren, and he spends much of his free time with family and friends.
His hobbies include:
- Motorcycling & motocross
- Camping & lake days
- Hockey
- Traveling and taking vacations
His energy, humor, and adventurous spirit live everything he does — including his work at Andela.
