GP-MegaMini Glass Pulverizer (GP-MM)

The GP-MegaMini features an integrated trommel which separates the glass into a 1/8” minus sand, 1/8”-3/8” gravel, and non-glass residue (metal, plastic and most paper) without hand sorting. The final product contains no sharp edges suitable for construction sand or gravel, pipe bedding and landscaping applications.

This machine can be customized with either 1 large screen or 2 smaller screens to produce sand and gravel sizes per your specifications. The GP-Mega Mini comes outfitted with a flared infeed hopper at the base of the conveyor to accept full cases or buckets of glass material. The frame of the machine is designed to discharge into self dumping hoppers, reducing the frequency of having to empty the collection bins during operation.
