Cynthia Andela

Meet Cynthia Andela, President and CEO at Andela Products. She enjoys her community with involvement in Rotary, Chamber of Commerce, RS Community Center, Trinity CRC Church, Canadarago Lake Improvement Association, Otsego County Conservation Association, and Community Foundation of Otsego County.

She also enjoys living on the lake, traveling, playing organ/piano, cooking, and spending time with children and grandchildren.

Meet David Spencer, Operations and Customer Service Manager at Andela Products. When he is not helping to ensure a wonderful customer experience, he can be found spending time with his 5 children and 3 grandchildren.

In his free time he enjoys time with friends and family, motorcycling, camping, lake days, vacations, motocross, and hockey.

Shirley Snyder

Meet Shirley Snyder, the Office Manager at Andela Products. Aside from helping to ensure processes at Andela Products run smoothly and efficiently, Shirley enjoys spending time with friends and family. She is a proud mom that loves to spend time on the lake in the summer with her family.

Her other passions and hobbies include traveling to the Caribbean and snorkeling, cooking for family and friends, and gardening.

Joe Achzet

Meet Joe Achzet, an Engineer at Andela Products. Outside of helping to create the perfect glass crushing systems for clients, Joe is a member of the Madison County Fairboard, President of the Fonda Speedway Hall of Fame and Museum, and an Official at Local Speedways.

Additionally, he is a Crew Member on a Championship Winning Race Team and has had the opportunity to race the team's second car. He is also an avid Hockey player.

Memphis Brannum

Memphis graduated from MVCC with a degree in CAD Drafting and Design and remains an active supporter of MVCC alumni programs. She is committed to continuous learning and personal growth. Outside of her professional life, Memphis is devoted to her family, which includes her daughter and three cats.

She is an enthusiastic practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, with aspirations of competing in the future. Memphis also dedicates her time to volunteering with local 12-step programs and empowering women by sharing her experiences in overcoming obstacles.

Memphis enjoys gardening and landscaping, considers herself a coffee connoisseur, and loves to listen to live music, go camping, kayaking, and more. She is always happy to help those around her.

Robert Yerina

Meet Robert Yernia, an Engineer at Andela products. His family owns Garlic Delite Farms (Est 1968) and he is a lifetime member of the Garlic Seed Foundation.  Robert enjoys time with wife, children and grandchildren.

Additionally, he is a season ticket holder for the AHL's Utica Comets, showing his deep commitment to supporting local sports. He also has a love for vintage Harley Davidson motorcycles, often spending time riding and restoring classic bikes.

As a supporter of Herkimer county humane society, he has rescued several dogs. Additional interesting include designing and collecting tattoos and precision custom gun building as a lifetime member of NRA.
